Anithya means inconsistency. Anathma means there is no permanent things. Anithya may say an inconsistency of a permeant object such as a river. Anathma says there is no permanent object as rive. The river is not the same rive that a little ago. As same as this, there is no soul. In Hinduism, there is a soul to any living creature and it takes from one birth to another. In Buddhism it is not. It only stays for while and gives birth to another. In Buddhism, your next life is neither you nor others, at the same time. Your mind gives a birth to the fist mind of your next life (not yours) so it carries your karma with it. Your mind is result of “Sithuwily Pramparawak", in Sinhala language, instead of permeant mind. Logically if you change something in a hibernated file system it's totally illegal, if it's possible it would be a hack on windows because the file systems is hibernated.
